I love the video Stella. The changing light indoors and outdoors is documented beautifully. Hospitals can be frustrating and it’s amazing that you used that time to take photographs and showcase it. Hope your sister feels better.
Oh Stella. Way too many hospitals featuring in your life lately. Thank goodness this one ended up positively. Good on you for finding something artistic to concentrate on while time crawled by. Sending heaps of hugs and best wishes to you and your sister and the rest of the family. Take care dear soul. 🤗🤗😘
Thank you, Beth. Way too many. I do what I can to keep going. Creating and writing saves me so I lean into it when possible. As always, I truly appreciate your support. Hugs to you as well from across the seas.
In this second week of Advent, as we move from lighting the candle of hope to kindling the light of peace, this gentle reflection on sibling love is giving me a little of both this morning. Thank you, Stella.
The video is poignant, as is the story of waiting. I watched for the light changes....Thank you for sharing this simple, yet touching story. It brings me back to 3 months in the hospital with my brother. I'm so glad your sister's surgery went well. I hope she continues on a path to healing.
Thank you, Juliette for reading and for watching the video. I appreciate it. Waiting especially in hospitals is so stressful. Anything to alleviate and focus on something beautiful and creative makes it a bit easier. I hope your brother is ok and has made a full recovery.
What a beautiful way to capture moments that aren’t easy. The photo taking, the rosary, the doctor’s voice. I’ve been there too. Wishing you and your sister lots of rest and recovery. ❤️🩹 Kain kayo ng masarap!

Thank you, perfect light.
I’m pleased your sister’s surgery was successful - I hope she is still improving. And it’s a beautifully lit & composed photo of the chair.
Thanks, Andrew. I’m glad the scene showed up at the right time,
Beautifully written and observing the subtle changes in the video is mesmerizing.
Thank you, Manuela. Quiet pictures, as I’ve written in Notes, tend to be overlooked so I am glad for the few who appreciate them. 🙏
Beautiful mediation on a day. Thinking of you and your sister.
Thank you, Alice

Your writing is always so touching and beautiful. As is your photography. This series tells the story of the passage of time so well.
Thank you for sharing.
PS: I hope your sister will recover quickly.

Thank you, Jenny. 🙏 May I ask for prayers for my sister, Angela? That would mean a lot to me.
