From last Sunday’s post:
During the next two weeks, I'll be on the East Coast balancing remote work and connecting with my family. Anticipating some time limitations, I'll share concise musings, pictures, and collages through the chat functionality on this platform instead of my usual long-form post. It's an experimental approach, so the outcome remains uncertain. But, we will discover how it unfolds together!
Today I’m introducing a new addition to my Substack publication: the Sundays with Stella subscriber chat.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app exclusively for you, dear ones— kind of like a group chat or live hangout. I’ll be posting some short musings, photographs, collage art, and more! It’s a way to stay connected while I am on the road. Not sure how this will go but let’s give it a try!
To join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app, now available for both iOS and Android. Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss a conversation as it happens.
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
There is no pressure to join. I totally understand this is not for everyone. It’s only an option for those who would like to hear from me while I am away.
Otherwise, my next post will be on Sunday, June 25th.
Except for a few items, my bags are packed and ready for tomorrow’s flight. I’m crossing my fingers, everything goes well.
As always, feel free to leave me your thoughts and comments below. I always love to hear from you!
I’m sorry not to be joining in Chat, but I’m already overcommitted to Substack Land and still trying to shape a sustainable path for myself. I’m grateful you already understand the reluctance of some of us to take on ‘one more thing’, however beneficial it might be.
I do wish you safe and joyous and refreshing travels!! Looking forward to your return and renewed sharing. It will make the summer sweeter.
Enjoy your travels!
